Product Return and Exchange Policy - 7 Days

3. Packaging: Items should be returned or exchanged in the original packaging or packaging that ensures the item’s protection.

5. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and custom-made products are non-returnable unless faulty.

Procedure for Return:

1. Initiate Return:

- Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Click on 'Initiate Return' and follow the instructions to fill out the return request form.

2. Approval Process:
- Once your return request is submitted, our team will review it.
- You will receive an email notification within 24-48 hours with the return approval and instructions.

3. Prepare the Package:
- Place the item(s) in the original packaging.
- Include the return approval email and the proof of purchase in the package.

4. Shipping the Return:
- Affix the provided return shipping label to the package.
- Schedule a pickup by contacting the courier service as per the instructions provided in the return approval email.
- Confirm the pickup address with the courier service to ensure accurate pickup.

5. Return Confirmation:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), you will receive a confirmation email.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
