How to measure your size for Top wear?

On a t-shirt, your chest measurement will stretch from the bottom of your vertical shoulder seam, across the broadest part of your chest, and to the other side. Stand up straight with your shoulders back and your head forward. Your measurements will come out much more precise if you are using good and relaxed posture, like the way you usually stand throughout the day.Stand with your feet flat on the ground and push your shoulders back and down. Keep your chin straight and your eyes pointed Forward. Don't lift your chin up too high, or you could be messing up your stance. The tape should be loose enough to move around. Write down the number to the closest inch on your notepad. If you measure 41 inches, then round up to the next number 42 / L

How to measure your size for Bottom wear?

If you want to buy pants, you should make sure that the measure stops just before the ground. In this way, you will ensure that they fall neatly on the top of your shoes. Stand up straight. Make sure your outer garments are removed because you need to measure on the skin and not over clothing to ensure you get the most accurate measurement. Locate the middle part of the rib cage and the top of the hip bone.

Place the tape measure at that middle point and then wrap it around the natural waist with one end overlapping the other.Breathe normally and record the measurements accordingly.

Nothing easier than that! To find out your Trouser size, measure the waist first.To do this, you need to place a measuring tape on upper edge of the waist at the narrowest midpoint of the body from left to right. If you measure 31 inches, then round up to the next number 32 / L

Stride length (inseam) is determined by applying the measuring tape along the inside of the leg. You have to measure from the stride length till your foot to get the length. If you measure 31 inches, round up to next number 32/ L

Tip: if you are in between sizes, go with a size up. It's better to buy something that's slightly too big than wear something too small.
